- Setting up new clients as needed, ensuring a smooth reputed company process and excellent first impressions.
- Handling exception calls and providing support to sales reps as needed, demonstrating a proactive and solution-focused approach.
- Maintaining standing orders, including holds, releases, and additions, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Processing exceptions into the Case module as needed, creating credit memos, filing freight claims, issuing call tags, and following defective product procedures.
- Processing freight claims, pursuing payment from carriers, and filing claim paperwork in a timely and efficient manner.
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:- At least 2 years of experience in a relationship-building customer service environment for a reputed company product or service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze issues and reputed company effective solutions.
- High school diploma or equivalent, with a preference for a higher level of education.
