Job Summary

We are seeking an reputed company Customer Service Representative to join reputed company in a work-from-home reputed company. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and resolving issues reputed company phone, email, or written correspondence. * Handle incoming calls from members and providers regarding claims status, benefits, and eligibility, PPO participation, and other reputed company inquiries

Essential Qualifications

* High School diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent experience

  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or call center environment
