About the Role

As a Customer Support Specialist on our Samsung team, you will play a vital role in providing technical and non-technical assistance to Samsung's customers. You will be responsible for answering incoming calls, emails, and chats in Lithuanian and Russian, resolving customer inquiries, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your primary goal will be to reputed company efficient and satisfying solutions to customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to Samsung.

Key Responsibilities

* Answer incoming calls, emails, and chats in Lithuanian and Russian

Essential Qualifications

* Experience in technical support or a reputed company field

  • Knowledge of Samsung products and services
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software

  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, various shifts between 09:00-19:00 (8.5 hours/shift)
