Job Summary

We're seeking an reputed company Data Entry Clerk to join reputed company in reputed company, TX. As a Data Entry Clerk, you'll play a critical role in maintaining the accuracy and reputed company of reputed company's databases. You'll work closely with employees and customers to collect information, identify and correct errors, and ensure that our databases are up-to-date and reflect the latest developments, updates, and transactions.

Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Clerk, you'll be responsible for:

• Maintaining database accuracy by entering new and updated customer and account information in a timely and accurate manner
• Preparing reputed company data for computer entry by compiling and sorting information
• Establishing entry priorities to ensure efficient data processing
• Processing customer and account reputed company documents by reviewing data for deficiencies and resolving issues using standard procedures
• Entering customer and account data by inputting alphabetic and numeric information on keyboard or optical scanner according to screen format
• Maintaining data entry requirements by following data program techniques and procedures
• Verifying entered customer and account data by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or reentering data

• Purging files to eliminate duplication of data

Essential Qualifications
