Job Summary:

arenaflex is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join reputed company on a 3-month contract-to-hire reputed company. As a Medicare CSR, you'll be responsible for handling claims, benefits, enrollment, member portal, ID cards, and more, while working closely with customers to resolve their issues. This is a 100% remote opportunity, allowing you to work from reputed company reputed company a one-hour radius of Philadelphia, PA 19103.

Key Responsibilities:

* Handle inbound calls from customers, providing empathetic and solutions-driven support to resolve their issues

• Manage claims, benefits, enrollment, member portal, ID cards, and other reputed company tasks
• Work collaboratively with customers to understand their needs and reputed company personalized solutions
• Utilize multiple systems simultaneously to navigate and resolve customer inquiries
• Maintain a high level of professionalism, using proper grammar, language, and tone in reputed company interactions

Essential Qualifications:
