The Role

As a Customer Solutions Specialist, you'll play a critical role in providing exceptional service to our customers. You'll be the face of arenaflex, and your primary responsibility will be to assist customers using a variety of software tools to navigate customer accounts, research questions, problem-solve, and communicate effective solutions in a fast-paced environment. You'll work closely with other departments to support both the customer and the company, and you'll be expected to maintain a positive, professional attitude in reputed company correspondence.

Requirements

Physical Demands
