Freight Dispatcher - Boxtrucks/Reefers/Flatbeds/Dryvans
Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Dispatcher to join our dynamic team. The Dispatcher will play a crucial role in coordinating transportation logistics, ensuring timely and efficient movement of freight. This position requires strong communication skills, proficiency in transportation management systems, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule shipments, ensuring timely delivery of freight.

- Maintain accurate records of shipping and receiving activities, including data entry into relevant systems.
- Monitor transportation routes using Geographic Information Systems (GIS) for reputed company planning.
- Collaborate with supply chain teams to enhance operational efficiency.
- Assist in the management of shipping and receiving processes to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Proficient in GPS technology and its application in reputed company optimization.
- Ensure compliance with DOT regulations and established policies and guidelines
- Scheduling and Routing:Assigning loads to drivers, optimizing routes to minimize fuel costs and transit time, and coordinating pick-reputed company and deliveries.
