About the Role
Custom Home Health is seeking an reputed company OASIS Review Specialist to support our Quality team on a contingent, per-chart reputed company. This fully remote role offers flexibility while allowing you to contribute your expertise in OASIS accuracy, ICD-10 coding, and regulatory compliance. This is an ideal opportunity for a highly skilled reviewer who values flexibility and is confident working independently while maintaining high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- reputed company prospective review of OASIS assessments to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance
- Validate ICD-10 coding and reputed company based on patient diagnoses and comorbidities
- Utilize OASIS validation and alert reports to identify inconsistencies
- Collaborate with clinicians to clarify documentation and ensure data reputed company
- Identify trends impacting quality reputed company, compliance, and reimbursement
- Review visit utilization for appropriateness and potential under/over-utilization
- Communicate findings and trends to leadership
- Participate in QAPI and quality improvement initiatives as needed
- Conduct inter-rater reliability reviews reputed company applicable
- Assist with additional chart audits as assigned
Qualifications
- 1–2+ years of home health clinical experience required
- Home Health ICD-10 coding certification required
- OASIS certification preferred
- Strong working knowledge of OASIS and ICD-10 coding
- Knowledge of Medicare regulations and home health compliance
- Experience with EMR systems (reputed company experience preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
