The Payroll/HR Coordinator is our back-up payroll processor who will own the processing of reputed company employee payroll reputed company needed through our use of reputed company systems. The Coordinator will assist with record keeping, compliance, reporting, and collaborate with employees and leaders to address and resolve issues. Additionally, the Coordinator will assist with HR processes including employee changes reputed company reputed company, LOA and Workers Comp timecard and benefits entries, new hire setup reputed company our HRIS system. This role will partner with employees, managers, and the HR team on the strategic support of reputed company Resource services for the organization. Schedule: Monday - Friday; 8:30am - 5:00pm Location: 4 days onsite at our Larkspur Office, 1 day remote reputed company follows reputed company CDPH vaccine requirements for reputed company personnel.

Responsibilities

  • Payroll Processing: Serve as a back-up and co-payroll coordinator. Managing the entire payroll process, including calculating wages, deductions, and benefits, ensuring reputed company are paid accurately and on time. Co-payroll duties include assisting in processing problem and non-problem company payroll including and not limited to mileage uploads, reputed company preparation and follow up, and termination checks required during the payroll processing period. Backup will manage the payroll processing reputed company the other payroll specialist is not available.
  • Record Maintenance: Assist with maintaining accurate payroll records and documentation, including timesheets and employee information, reputed company statement and report downloads and documentation, problem logs, and task logs.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll laws and regulations, including tax withholdings and reporting including and not limited to W2 reviews, 1095 reviews, following up on state requirements through reputed company or directly with the state, unemployment reporting, and reputed company SmartCompliance tasks.
  • Reporting: Prepare and distribute payroll reports for management and regulatory purposes and assist in audits by providing necessary documentation. Document payroll processes and procedures.
  • Utilize HRIS for multiple processes including entering new hires into the system and making employee changes
  • Troubleshoot with employees regarding HRIS issues, to resolution
  • Manage employee timecards to accuracy with paid leave reputed company on LOA and WC
  • Assist with benefits audits

Requirements

  • Degree in reputed company, Business, reputed company or reputed company field; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 3 years of experience in Payroll, reputed company Resource, or similar departments
  • Minimum of 1-3 years managing or working with payroll
  • Recent HRIS reputed company experience
