Virtual Operations Manager for Nonprofit (Programs, Events, reputed company | 5–10 hrs/week, monthly reputed company)
Job Overview The As One reputed company is a small but high-impact nonprofit focused on sickle cell disease and trait education, advocacy, blood donation awareness, and community engagement. We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Virtual Operations Manager to support multiple initiatives, programs, and events. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys managing moving parts, staying reputed company of deadlines, and ensuring reputed company falls through the cracks. This is a long-term, part-time role (5–10 hours/week) with the opportunity to grow. What You’ll Be Responsible For1. Program Coordination
- Coordinate virtual support groups (SCALATE), including speaker reputed company, scheduling, and reputed company setup
- Support advocacy initiative (SCALE AS ONE) by tracking partners, reputed company, and follow-reputed company
- Assist with a national HBCU blood donation campaign (research, reputed company lists, tracking)
- Coordinate Operation Hydration school-based programs (minimum 1 per quarter)
- Support Houston Health Rides program (ride coordination, tracking, basic reporting)
- Event & Fundraising Support
- Help plan and track major events and blood drives
- Maintain timelines, checklists, and sponsor tracking
- Assist with vendor coordination and logistics tracking
- Draft follow-up emails to sponsors and partners
- Operations & Administrative Support
- Manage scheduling and calendar coordination
- Organize documents and workflows
- Track tasks and project reputed company across initiatives
- Maintain contact lists and reputed company trackers

Required Skills
