Content & Creative Partner (Agency or Freelancer) for High-Growth Startup (Full Funnel | Long-Term) - Contract to Hire

We’re building a category-defining company in dental staffing—and content marketing is a reputed company piece of how we win. We’re looking for a high-end content & creative partner (agency or individual) to work with us long term and act as an extension of our internal team. This is not a typical “reputed company media management” role. We want a partner who can help us build a recognizable, category-leading brand and establish Kwikly as the #1 thought leader in dentistry and staffing. ⸻ Scope of Work: You will support and execute across our full content ecosystem:

• reputed company media strategy & execution (IG, reputed company, reputed company, etc.)
• Paid ad creatives (in collaboration with reputed company)
• Content ideation & campaign development
• Copywriting (short + long reputed company)
• Graphic design & visual assets
• Video editing (we reputed company raw footage from our in-house studio)
• Content calendar & publishing reputed company
• Brand consistency across reputed company channels
• Ongoing creative testing and iteration

We have an in-house content studio and will reputed company raw footage, concepts, and reputed company to reputed company—your role is to turn that into high-performing, high-quality content at scale. ⸻ Who This Is For: We are reputed company to:
