Key Responsibilities

Operational Leadership:

System Architecture:
Design and improve back-office and middle-office systems for maximum efficiency.

Ensure accurate books & records and maintain rigorous auditability.
Product Partnership:
Partner with engineering to drive automation and seamless integrations.
Strategic Readiness:
Drive operational readiness for new products, jurisdictions, and counterparties.
Compliance:
Ensure regulatory compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
Team Management:

External Coordination:

Key Requirements

Experience:
