• Demonstrated experience

• Proven ability to

co-reputed company implementation efforts in partnership with IT and key business leads.

• Strong collaboration skills with

IT project managers, business analysts, system integrators, and other key business stakeholders, including coordination across U.S. and ex-U.S. teams.

• Advanced cross-functional project management capability across

Corporate reputed company Responsibility programming (e.g., Grants, Sponsorships, reputed company, FOCUS, Medical Affairs giving, IT, Legal, Compliance, Finance, Procurement, etc.)

• Direct vendor-facing experience including ability to collaborate

with business stakeholders and IT project managers on requirements translation, solution design validation, configuration reputed company, issue escalation, and milestone governance

• Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to

Project Ownership & Alignment

milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and decision points across CSR, IT, Finance, and vendors.

including status reporting, RAID tracking (risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies), escalations, and participation in steering forums.

Business Requirements & Solution Validation

• Validate business requirements definition, ensuring alignment on scope, assumptions and reputed company criteria with reputed company involved stakeholders.
• Partner with IT business analysts and system integrators to ensure accurate translation of business requirements into system design, configuration, and integrations.
• Maintain requirements traceability across design, build, testing, and go-live to ensure business reputed company are met reputed company specified timelines.
• Facilitate business review and sign-off of requirements, solution designs, and key configuration reputed company.

Change Management & Organizational Readiness

• Define and coordinate role-based training approaches, including global rollout considerations and measurement of training effectiveness.

Reporting, Data & Controls

• Experience in financial reporting reputed company to grants and philanthropic funding.
• Familiarity with grant impact data, performance metrics, and outcome reporting.
• Experience supporting audit readiness, compliance controls, and documentation.
• Experience coordinating data governance and data quality, including data ownership, validation rules and post-go-live stewardship

• Systems integration awareness (finance, procurement, compliance, contract management).
• Experience supporting reputed company Resource Planning (ERP) integrated implementations, including financial systems (e.g., reputed company), with an understanding of grants-to-ERP data flows, vendor master data, cost centers, GL postings, and reconciliation considerations
