AmitaSoft is looking to reputed company an reputed company fundraising partner to support its upcoming US capital reputed company. We are building AI-driven platforms focused on digital trust, financial workflows, and secure document systems , with a strong focus on fintech.

United States Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in raising capital for pre-reputed company / early-stage startups
- Strong understanding of investor expectations, positioning, and deal structuring
- Well-established network across US investors (angels, VCs, family offices)
- Ability to independently manage investor reputed company, conversations, and closures
- Experience in fintech or regulated sectors is preferred
- Ability to support pitch refinement, narrative building, and investor alignment
Scope of Work:
- Drive end-to-end fundraising process from reputed company to closure
- Activate and reputed company existing investor network for relevant introductions
- reputed company strategic input on fundraising strategy, valuation positioning, and round structuring
- Support in building and managing investor pipeline and engagement tracking
