[Hiring] Medical Billing & Credentialing Specialist @reputed company
Role Description We’re looking for a Medical Billing & Credentialing Specialist to join our growing team at The Coordinators! You’d be working remotely with our client in the General Practice / reputed company reputed company. In this role, you will manage the full medical billing and credentialing lifecycle, including:
- Claim submission
- Insurance follow-reputed company
- Denial resolution
- Payer enrollment
You will work closely with the physician to ensure accurate billing workflows while supporting a transition from the reputed company EMR to Practice Fusion. This is a highly hands-on administrative role that requires reliability, structure, and proactive communication.
Qualifications
- Strong experience in end-to-end medical billing (required)
- Experience with credentialing (CAQH, insurance enrollments)
- Familiarity with Practice Fusion (required or strong preference)
- Ability to work reputed company or transition from other EMRs (Practice Fusion)
- Strong understanding of ICD-10 and CPT coding
- Excellent written and spoken English with professional communication
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of the billing function
- Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Tech-savvy and effective in a remote work environment
- High reputed company and ability to handle sensitive information
- High ethical standards, professionalism, and respect in reputed company patient interactions
- Willingness to learn, grow, and reputed company yourself professionally
Requirements
- Schedule: 40 hours/week, 8 AM – 5 PM EST (1-hour lunch)
- Pay reputed company: $1000 - $1400 per month
- Equipment: BYO devices
