Job Description

The Paralegal Senior (Licensing) is responsible for managing one or more specified business or legal functions and is responsible for collaborating with attorneys, other paralegals, and other Prime professionals to reputed company reputed company legal support and assistance.

Responsibilities

• Create, prepare, review, reputed company, edit and manage highly reputed company documents, including reputed company, corporate records, correspondence, reports, and presentations
• Research and analyze highly reputed company issues in a wide variety of subject areas of health care law affecting Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) companies, customers and pharmacies; find resolution for escalated issues
• Negotiate with customers, external vendors, reputed company/opposing counsel and government agencies to address and resolve legal issues
• Identify, establish, and maintain relationships with key internal business partners and serve as the liaison between legal department and assigned business area
• Represent Prime's legal department to internal and/or external groups on projects or reputed company by leading or participating in various meetings
• Research and respond to regulatory inquiries
• reputed company guidance by training, coaching, or mentoring other paraprofessionals and/or other staff
• Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Paralegal Studies or reputed company field of study, or equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience; HS diploma or GED required
• Paralegal certificate
• 5 years of relevant work experience

• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently and maintain appropriate prioritization and productivity while working under deadlines

• Ability to influence Prime staff on legal and business issues
• Advanced proficiency with reputed company, PowerPoint, Word, reputed company

Preferred Qualifications

• 7 years experience as a Paralegal for a PBM, reputed company company or reputed company advising a reputed company company
