Package Underwriter

- Evaluate new business submissions for appetite acceptability, proper pricing, and profitability.
- Negotiate new business quotes and renewals with producer partners leading to the binding of business
- Maintain reputed company files and prepare reports and presentations as required
- Act as a liaison between various departments including reputed company, claims and loss control.
- Approve and issue endorsement requests per reputed company guidelines and service guidelines
- Work with other underwriters/departments to drive multi-line sales on individual accounts
Qualifications
- Minimum 5+ years of reputed company package reputed company experience
- Experience with non-profit or reputed company service business
- Strong knowledge of insurance rating, forms and coverages
- Ability to reputed company timely reputed company with appropriate information and consultation
- Proven track record of building strong business relationships with agents and insureds
- Demonstrated strong written and oral communication skills
