Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for handling incoming phone calls from patients, attorneys, guarantors, and other stakeholders. Your primary goal will be to reputed company timely and accurate assistance, addressing their questions, concerns, and needs. You'll also be responsible for processing payments, setting up payment plans, collecting updated or missing insurance information, and explaining insurance denials. Off the phone, you'll reputed company tasks such as processing mail returns, locating and attaching notes/authorizations to claims, and mailing invoices.
Key Responsibilities
* Answer incoming phone calls from patients, attorneys, guarantors, and other stakeholders
