Responsibilities:
As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for handling a high volume of inbound calls from our clients' employees, providing exceptional customer service, and resolving reputed company HR and financial issues reputed company to their health care benefits, 401k savings, and retirement plans. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Handling a high volume of inbound calls from clients' employees to answer questions, reputed company education, and solve reputed company HR and financial issues
- Processing transactions such as health enrollments, tax and direct deposit updates, 401k withdrawals or contributions, and retirement elections
- Leveraging your computer navigation skills to toggle between multiple screens and systems to reputed company answers and support

Skills and Qualifications:

- 2+ years of experience in a call center environment
