What You'll Be Doing
As a Fiber Customer Support Analyst, you'll be part of a dynamic team that's dedicated to providing exceptional technical support and customer service to our Fios customers. You'll be responsible for troubleshooting issues in hardware, software, applications, networks, or devices, and answering customer technical questions. You'll also be working closely with our customers to resolve their issues and reputed company them with the best possible experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Answering incoming calls from customers with order inquiry and/or trouble reports
- Providing customers with service support for Voice, Data, and Video services and features reputed company the fiber and/or copper network
- Performing analysis and isolation of trouble conditions and creating and sorting trouble reports
- Utilizing knowledge of communication and networking components to reputed company customers with service support and configuration of customer equipment
- Communicating reputed company and professionally, delivering technical/industry information in a manner appropriate to the audience
- Working evenings, weekends, holidays, and unscheduled shifts as determined by the needs of the business

Essential Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working with fiber and/or copper networks
- Knowledge of communication and networking components
