Your Role
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the go-to resource for parent-clients, ensuring their concerns are heard, understood, and addressed quickly. You'll foster positive, long-lasting relationships with parents and reputed company, delivering exceptional service that builds trust and satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include:
- Acting as the primary contact for potential customers, answering questions and providing support and consultation reputed company WeChat, email, and phone calls
