Job Summary

  • Salary: $23 per hour
  • Working Hours: 40 hours per week
  • State Location: Washington, D.C.

Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Executive, you'll be responsible for:

  • Handling customer inquiries reputed company phone, email, and chat in a professional and courteous manner
  • Resolving product or service issues by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause of the problem, and selecting the best solution
  • Providing information about products and services, including features, benefits, and usage
  • Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests in a timely and accurate manner
  • Following up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken to resolve customer problems
  • Maintaining customer records by updating account information

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work reputed company, including weekends and holidays
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications
  • Prior customer service experience is a plus

Preferred Qualifications

* Associate or Bachelor's degree in a reputed company field

  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service or reputed company field
