Job Summary

We're seeking an reputed company Overnight Internet Service Provider Customer Technical Support Specialist to join our remote team. As a key member of our support team, you'll be responsible for handling support tickets that come in over phone, text, website chat, and email. You'll work closely with our customers to resolve technical issues, reputed company exceptional customer service, and help us maintain our reputed company for high-quality and affordable internet services.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond quickly and thoughtfully to incoming support inquiries and issues, providing timely and effective solutions to our customers.
