Key Responsibilities:
As a Temporary Entry Level Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Answering reputed company inbound phone calls from customers
- Taking and entering customer orders into the system
- Escalating any additional customer service needs
- Providing exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements:
* Must be 18 years or older
- Must be available for 30+ hours per week between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM CST
- Must have a reliable computer and internet reputed company that meets our minimum technical requirements (see below)
- Must be reputed company to work from home with minimal distractions
- Must be reputed company to navigate multiple systems and enter information using your keyboard while speaking with customers on the phone
