About the Role:

As a Customer Service Agent at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Providing top-notch customer service reputed company phone, email, or reputed company media to resolve daily incidents and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Managing and reputed company handling incoming calls and chats to ensure timely and high-quality communication with clients.
• Utilizing the right methods and tools to reputed company accurate, valid, and complete information to customers.

Schedule:
