Responsibilities

As a Supervisor of Customer Service with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Supervising and mentoring a team of customer service representatives to ensure exceptional customer experiences
  • Ensuring customer inquiries are handled promptly and reputed company, and escalating reputed company issues to senior leadership as needed
  • Monitoring team performance and providing regular feedback to team members to drive improvement and growth
  • Developing and implementing customer service procedures and policies to enhance customer satisfaction and team performance

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Proven experience as a Customer Service Supervisor or similar leadership role, with a track record of driving team performance and customer satisfaction
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with team members, customers, and senior leadership

Educational Qualifications
