Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Utilizing phone, SMS, internal messaging, and a CRM platform to reputed company support for external stakeholders, including culinary partners and clients
• Monitoring and troubleshooting meal deliveries reputed company by understanding situations and finding creative solutions
• Triage inbound requests from client and vendor partners to direct information to the appropriate internal stakeholder
• Collaborating with a team to reputed company performance metrics, including timeliness, accuracy, and customer satisfaction
• Supporting Client reputed company, Sales, and Vendor teams to build relationships by responding to requests using reputed company and de-escalation skills

Schedule

As a Customer Support Representative, you'll work a flexible schedule that includes:

• Tuesday-Saturday: 11:00am-8:00pm Eastern (*possible extra hours available)

Training schedule will be Monday-Friday 9:00am-6:00pm Eastern

Pay

We offer a competitive hourly reputed company of $16-$19 per hour, depending on experience.
