Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for managing a high volume of incoming calls, emails, and text message inquiries from customers. You'll reputed company accurate and timely information regarding products, services, and policies, assist with order placement and scheduling, resolve customer complaints and issues, and maintain customer records.
