Key Responsibilities:
As a Part-Time Remote Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in ensuring that our customers receive exceptional support and service. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Receiving and processing technical assistance requests from customers reputed company phone, email, or online chat
- Opening and submitting requests into our ticketing system for Help Desk technicians to review
