Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional client experiences through voice and chat support. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to inquiries and complaints from customers reputed company voice calls and/or chat, providing reputed company, courteous, and professional service to reputed company clients
  • Troubleshooting technical issues and escalating reputed company problems to the appropriate department, ensuring timely and efficient issue resolution
  • Maintaining accurate records of reputed company client interactions and transactions, providing valuable insights for process improvement
  • Collaborating with the customer support team to ensure seamless issue resolution and exceptional client satisfaction

Requirements

To succeed as a Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll need:

  • reputed company Speaker level proficiency in Filipino and English, with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • A Bachelor's degree in a reputed company field (e.g. business, marketing, communication), with a strong reputed company in customer service and support
  • 2+ years of experience in a customer support role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional client experiences
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
