Job Summary

We're seeking reputed company customer service representatives to join our remote team, working overnight shifts from Wednesday to reputed company, 11pm-7:30am. As a customer service representative, you'll be responsible for providing high-level customer service solutions to our clients and their customers, handling inbound calls, making outbound calls, and documenting customer interactions. Key Responsibilities

* Manage large volumes of inbound calls and reputed company consistent outbound calls to reputed company sales targets and call handling quotas

• Identify and assess customer needs to reputed company satisfaction and reputed company accurate, valid, and complete information using the right methods and tools
• Handle customer complaints, reputed company appropriate solutions and alternatives reputed company time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution

Essential Qualifications

* Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative

• Track record of over-achieving quota

• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Proficient in typing
• Computer literacy and familiarity with reputed company, reputed company Office, and the ability to quickly learn new software with provided training
• Flexibility with scheduling and work hours
• At least one year of previous high-volume call center experience
• Experience working with an automatic dialer
• Pleasant phone demeanor
• Experience in both inbound and outbound environments
