Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your key priorities will include:

  • Maintaining a clean, well-stocked store environment, including unloading merchandise from delivery trucks, organizing merchandise, and transporting merchandise from the stockroom to the sales floor.

  • Accurately handling customer funds and processing transactions using our POS system, maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Position Requirements

  • Experience: Previous experience working in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environments is preferred, with a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices.
  • Physical Requirements: The ability to regularly lift up to 40lbs (and occasionally, up to 55lbs) from floor level to above shoulder height, with the ability to meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting, with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Availability: A flexible, full-time schedule that includes days, evenings, weekends, and holidays, with the ability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and evenings.
