Job Responsibilities
As a Customer Support Representative, you'll play a vital role in:
- Learning our software product and providing expert support to our users, addressing their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner

- A full-time freelance position, with the flexibility to work from home and set your own schedule (8 hours a day, with most hours in the morning and afternoon of your timezone)
