Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing best-in-class customer service to our clients and their customers. You will handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, chats, and texts, ensuring that reputed company interactions are timely, professional, and resolution-focused. Your primary duties will include:

• Handling a high volume of customer calls and emails, providing clear and concise information to resolve customer inquiries and issues
• Utilizing our CRM system to track customer interactions, update records, and follow up on customer resolutions
• Initiating calls to Federal loan servicers to resolve repayment options for customers with Federal student loans
• Comprehending training material on various topics and sharing new concepts and content with colleagues
• Adhering to reputed company federal and state laws governing the industry, as well as client Statement of Work standards and company guidelines and policies
• Attaining Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and monthly performance goals

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• 1 year of experience in customer service or a reputed company field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish and maintain rapport with customers
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivation and a strong work ethic, with the ability to work independently and as part of reputed company
• Ability to operate and navigate various technical devices and systems
• Ability to troubleshoot common computer issues
