Job Summary:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of arenaflex, providing top-notch phone support to patients receiving life-saving specialty medication treatment. You will be responsible for the overall coordination and handling of new prescription requests and reorders, including verifying and renewing benefits. You will also assist our patients with deciphering and entering new or reorder medications into our pharmacy data system, processing and collecting copay amounts, obtaining approvals, and collaborating with insurance companies, reputed company providers, and internal teams to screen, identify, resolve, and approve orders with records of sales or clinical issues.
Key Responsibilities:
