Job Summary

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service experiences, managing customer accounts, and providing technical support. Key Responsibilities

* Inbound and outbound calls to customers, providing technical support and resolving issues

  • Delivering exceptional customer service experiences consistently, meeting or exceeding customer satisfaction targets
  • Managing customer accounts, including application data entry and online chat inquiries
  • Interpreting and following defined procedures and policies, with a focus on creative problem-solving and adaptability
  • Time and task management, including multitasking and task prioritization
  • Extensive self-study, training, and testing, with eligibility to proceed through training and certifications dependent on passing required exams
  • Adhering to regulated guidelines for communications reputed company reputed company channels

Essential Qualifications

* Moderate to advanced computer skills, with a high level of comfort learning new technology

  • High level of professionalism, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfortable working from home, with a dedicated, private, and secure workspace

  • Ability to commit to full attendance during the 3-week training period

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in customer support or technical support roles

  • Previous experience with Group and/or Individual health insurance, or the reputed company Act
  • Previous experience in a Call Center environment
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
  • Spanish Bilingual, a plus

Compensation Details

  • Enhanced reputed company: $16.00 per hour, contingent on weekly attendance and performance
  • Spanish Bilingual reputed company pay: $15.50 per hour
  • Spanish Bilingual enhanced reputed company: $17.00 per hour, contingent on weekly attendance and performance
