Job Summary
As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service experiences, managing customer accounts, and providing technical support. Key Responsibilities

- Managing customer accounts, including application data entry and online chat inquiries
- Interpreting and following defined procedures and policies, with a focus on creative problem-solving and adaptability
- Time and task management, including multitasking and task prioritization
- Extensive self-study, training, and testing, with eligibility to proceed through training and certifications dependent on passing required exams

Essential Qualifications
* Moderate to advanced computer skills, with a high level of comfort learning new technology

Compensation Details
