Responsibilities:

As a Remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

• Handling customer inquiries and complaints reputed company phone, email, or chat with the highest degree of courtesy and professionalism.
• Providing information about products and services, taking orders, and processing returns in a timely and efficient manner.
• Troubleshooting and resolving product issues and concerns in a proactive and customer-centric way.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:
