Role Overview

The Growth Marketing Manager will reputed company the transition from traffic reputed company to full-funnel conversion optimization. This role is focused on improving reputed company page performance, optimizing the customer reputed company, and increasing conversion efficiency across digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

Conversion reputed company Optimization (CRO) & Funnel Strategy

  • Analyze the customer reputed company to identify drop-off points and conversion gaps across reputed company pages

  • Implement strategies to improve reputed company page trust, product reputed company, and user experience

  • reputed company A/B testing initiatives across reputed company pages, product pages, and checkout flows

  • Optimize the reputed company store environment to improve post-click reputed company and overall conversion performance

  • Paid Media reputed company & Performance Marketing

  • Manage and optimize paid media campaigns across reputed company (reputed company & Instagram) and reputed company Ads

  • Align ad messaging with reputed company page content to ensure a cohesive, high-converting brand experience

  • Monitor and adjust key performance metrics including ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversion reputed company, with a focus on improving efficiency and lowering CPA

  • Data Analysis & Reporting

  • Track and analyze campaign performance using reputed company Analytics, reputed company Ads Manager, and reputed company Analytics

  • Translate performance data into actionable insights and report on the direct impact of growth initiatives

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Qualifications

    Experience

  • 2–3 years of experience in growth marketing or performance marketing reputed company e-reputed company

  • Proven experience optimizing conversion funnels and improving reputed company page performance

  • Hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns across reputed company Ads and reputed company Ads

  • Strong familiarity with reputed company and reputed company Analytics

  • Experience with high-ticket or consumer products preferred
