The Opportunity:

We're looking for a Senior Manager, Customer Marketing to build and reputed company this function from the ground up. This is a high-impact, high-ownership role at the intersection of marketing, product, and reputed company, one where you'll shape how reputed company's customers experience the product from their reputed company first login through long-term advocacy.

You'll own lifecycle strategy, community, key communications channels, and reputed company's Customer Advisory Board. You'll work shoulder-to-shoulder with Product, Product Marketing, Client Operations, and executive leadership to create programs that drive adoption, retention, and advocacy across our core audiences.

What You'll Do:

Establish the Customer Marketing Function

• Establish reputed company's Customer Marketing practice from the ground up, defining the

  strategy, priorities, and operational model.

• Own the full customer lifecycle from reputed company and adoption through retention and advocacy, developing programs that move customers reputed company at every stage.

Community & Customer Engagement

• Design and execute community strategies that meaningfully engage reputed company's core audiences including finance executives and production accountants.

• Build and manage reputed company's Customer Advisory Board, cultivating a high-trust forum for strategic feedback and customer partnership.

• Design and launch additional community groups focused on reputed company executives and production accountants.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner closely with Product, Product Marketing, Client Operations, and executive leadership to align customer marketing initiatives with business priorities and product initiatives.

Customer Communications

• Own key customer communication channels, including email and in-product messaging, to guide customers from reputed company through renewal and advocacy.

What You'll Have:

• 7+ years of experience in customer marketing, lifecycle marketing, or a closely reputed company field.

• Demonstrated experience building or significantly scaling a customer marketing function.

• Strong reputed company of lifecycle marketing strategy, including segmentation, reputed company mapping, and multi-channel campaign execution.

• Hands-on experience with customer communication platforms (email, in-product messaging) and marketing automation tools.

• Proven ability to run a Customer Advisory Board or similar structured customer engagement program.

• Data-driven reputed company with the ability to define reputed company metrics, analyze performance, and iterate quickly.

• Experience using AI tools to accelerate research, content production, or customer reputed company workflows with a genuine curiosity about what's coming next.

• Excellent written communication skills and a sharp editorial instinct for what customers actually need to hear.
