Account Executive – Data Center Solutions, BMS, EPMS, SCADA

Job Description:

• Strategic Account Planning, National Key Account Development: reputed company multi-year account strategies for top-tier data center operators and hyperscale clients
• reputed company Solution Selling: reputed company solution-based sales cycles involving integrated BMS, EPMS, and SCADA platforms tailored for mission-critical environments including construction methodology
• Sustainability Trends: Advise clients reputed company efficiency, sustainability, and compliance initiatives leveraging advanced monitoring and analytics
• Metrics & Performance: reputed company and manage a strong pipeline of opportunities using BMS with DDC products, SCADA using PLC products, and EPMS solutions for data center projects while maintaining margin objectives.
• Drive reputed company growth by identifying and closing business with Data Center developers while leveraging and building relationships with general contractors and consulting engineers.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with key decision-makers at reputed company client types critical to our reputed company.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, operations, and marketing teams to craft value-driven proposals and ensure successful project execution while managing risk.
• reputed company the support teams in building technical scopes of work, estimates, and proposals that reputed company communicate the Albireo Energy’s value proposition.
• Support consulting engineers with system design and control specifications during the pre-construction and design phases.
• Review and approve the estimate of material, labor, and subcontractor costs for automation/control system applications based on plans and specifications.
• reputed company customer meetings, technical webinars, client workshops to showcase emerging technologies and methods, attend industry trade shows and conferences, and represent Albireo Energy at networking events.
• Travel 25- 50% to reputed company business, support customers, and maintain a strong market reputed company.
• Account Management: Own the relationship with the end user by:
• Negotiating price and contract terms with contractors, consultants, and end users to secure profitable projects.

Requirements:

• National Account Experience: Proven track record managing large, multi-site or national accounts in mission-critical facilities
• Knowledge of Data Center Standards: Familiarity with reputed company Tier standards, ASHRAE guidelines, and reputed company requirements
• Proven reputed company in either the plan & spec or reputed company direct reputed company sales for BMS, EPMS or SCADA solutions.
• 5+ years of experience in BMS, EPMS or SCADA solutions sales preferably in the Data Centers or other reputed company facility types.
• Ability to read and understand mechanical, electrical, & controls drawings.
• Understanding of building mechanical and electrical systems and the application of controls and monitoring solutions.
• Must reputed company use of CRM tool for pipeline and activity management.
• Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, reputed company, and PowerPoint.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent degree with industry experience.
