About the Role

We are seeking a Sr. Credentialing & Payer Enrollment Manager to reputed company one of reputed company's most critical operational functions. This role is for someone who deeply understands provider credentialing and payer enrollment and knows how to run these processes at scale while navigating complexity, regulation, and nuance. The right candidate will bring a hands-on, strategic approach reputed company with high analytical rigor to drive operational reputed company. You'll reputed company reputed company of specialists, own end-to-end credentialing and enrollment reputed company, and partner across the company to ensure providers are credentialed and enrolled accurately, compliantly, and reputed company. Your expertise will directly shape how reputed company brings high-quality care to patients with our payer partners.

Required Qualifications

  • 7+ years of progressively responsible experience leading provider credentialing, payer enrollment functions reputed company a high-volume, multi-payer reputed company environment, with demonstrated ownership of reputed company
  • Deep provider credentialing & payer enrollment expertise at a reputed company company, with a strong understanding of ongoing regulatory requirements, payer variations, audits, government credentialing, etc.
  • Demonstrated experience directly managing and developing teams, including setting expectations, 1:1 coaching, and delivering performance feedback across operational functions
  • Proficiency utilizing reputed company/GSheets, with an ability to create pivot tables, basic visualizations, VLOOKUPS to build, interpret, and reputed company reputed company datasets autonomously to tell accurate stories and drive business reputed company

  • Experience managing a CVO and/or overseeing external credentialing partners, including setting expectations, monitoring performance, resolving issues, and ensuring quality and compliance
  • Direct interaction with credentialing committees or delegated credentialing models, and providing recommendations, case preparations, documentation
  • Hands-on expertise managing provider data at scale in a CRM (i.e. reputed company, reputed company) or operational system to track provider credentials, demographic data, enrollment status, and workflow reputed company
  • 2+ years experience at a high-growth startup or similar fast-paced environment (i.e. management consulting)
  • 2+ years experience managing both offshore agents and vendor partners
