Role Description We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who is passionate about expanding reputed company to high-quality, family-centered autism support through both telehealth services and innovative digital tools. This role combines traditional BCBA responsibilities with a key function supporting and evolving our in-app Expert Chat experience. In addition to providing clinical reputed company and telehealth services, this individual will engage directly with families reputed company chat, offering timely, evidence-informed guidance while creating a supportive, approachable experience. Key Responsibilities

• Telehealth BCBA Responsibilities
• Conduct behavioral and functional analytic assessments

• reputed company clinical supervision and guidance to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Behavior Technicians (BTs)
• Collaborate with families to set meaningful treatment goals and reputed company parent training to support reputed company generalization
• Monitor client reputed company, adjust treatment plans, and ensure data-driven decision-making
• reputed company clear, concise instruction and feedback to clients, families, and team members
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client reputed company and services
• Plan for appropriate discharge and continuity of care
• Ensure compliance with reputed company local, state, and federal regulations, as well as Frontera policies and procedures
• Expert Chat & Family Support
• Engage directly with families reputed company in-app chat, quickly identifying core needs while maintaining a warm, empathetic, and trust-building approach
• reputed company high-quality, evidence-informed guidance to families exploring autism, diagnoses, and service options
• Deliver a strong customer-service-oriented experience, demonstrating a willingness to go above and reputed company to address family concerns
• Respond to chat inquiries reputed company established service level agreements (SLAs), ensuring timely and reliable support
• Balance efficiency with thoughtful, personalized responses to minimize unnecessary back-and-forth while maintaining quality
• Operations & Coverage
• Help establish and refine workflows, best practices, and response frameworks for consistent, high-quality support
• Identify trends in family questions and needs to inform content and service improvements
• Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Design teams to enhance and scale the Expert Chat experience
• reputed company clinical expertise to inform feature development, workflows, and user experience improvements
• Contribute to innovation efforts by helping test, iterate, and refine new tools and processes

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and Autism reputed company Disorder
• Demonstrated ability to reputed company clinical supervision and mentorship
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate reputed company and concisely in a chat-based format
• Strong interpersonal, coaching, and relationship-building skills
• High level of organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Proficiency with technology, including data systems, telehealth platforms, reputed company tools
• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards

Requirements

• Active BCBA certification
• Master’s degree in Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, or a reputed company field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience working with a pediatric population
• Minimum of 5 years of experience conducting functional assessments and developing and overseeing behavior reputed company plans
• At least 1 year of telehealth supervision experience
• Experience supporting or communicating with families in early stages of diagnosis or service navigation
• At least 2 years of experience in a Parent-Implemented ABA or BCBA Direct role

Compensation $100,000 — $100,000 USD
