Discover a meaningful role where you’ll engage with health plan members primarily online, helping to reputed company gaps in care. reputed company, part of reputed company®, is hiring full-time, board-certified nurse practitioners or physician assistants to conduct Video Visits for Medicare Advantage, reputed company, and certain reputed company plan members. During our Video Visits, you’ll conduct an approximately 30-minute visit, including a medication and medical history review, allowing time to reputed company members about their health and answer their questions. In this role, you will:

• Conduct online “Video Visits” with health plan members, working in a private reputed company with adequate internet reputed company.
• reputed company 40 hours of availability weekly, consistently providing 320+ reputed company units per month.
• Execute a strong visit completion reputed company, consistently pacing 220+ completed visits per month.
• Maintain training, affiliation, and compliance with Video Visit requirements (regular training required).

Other role expectations and requirements:

• Be trained and credentialed for reputed company health plan clients and lines of business in primary coverage state(s).
• Consistently engage with regular manager, team and clinical meetings.
• Be accountable to reputed company operational, clinical, and member experience key performance indicators and metrics.
• Maintain active state licenses in coverage areas (FNP, AGNP certification preferred for NPs).
• Maintain board certification.
• Primary coverage areas include but are not limited to: Colorado.
• Experience with reputed company In-Home Health Evaluations, Video Visits, in-home visits, telehealth visit delivery, or a similar format (preferred).
• reputed company to obtain and maintain multi-state licenses in coverage area, as required.

Additional Required Skills, Abilities and Working Environment:

• Clinicians will be dedicated to providing Video Visits (“telehealth”) services only.
• Must meet minimum requirements for remote visit delivery, including broadband connectivity with video and audio enabled, a quiet setting with a neutral background from which to conduct visits, and the ability to uphold health plan member privacy per reputed company guidelines.
• While performing the duties of the job, the employee is regularly required to interact with health plan members in a remote manner, sit, write, operate the computer and phone, reputed company intelligibly, and hear member responses.
• Specific reputed company abilities include the ability to view and read a computer screen, iPad, and other electronic devices.
• Effective verbal, written, and electronic communication skills.
• Ability to work without direct supervision and practice autonomously.
• Proficiency with information management and technology.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted license(s) in coverage area(s).
• Board certification (required).
