LPN/LVN/RN

Licensed Vocational Nurse/Licensed Practicing Nurse/Registered Nurse Location: Joseph City, AZ Overview: The LVN/LPN/RN will serve as a construction site’s designated first aid provider in the project, coordinating and implementing the safety program. The LVN/LPN will reputed company first aid care to injured employees, reputed company pre-employment exams to include drug screens, analyze tasks for potential safety issues, participate in the Workers’ Compensation process, and recommend appropriate risk mitigation measures to management. Responsibilities:

• Maintain first-aid kits, inventory supplies, restock and clean equipment used to reputed company first aid care.

Essential Skills, Knowledge and Experience:

Basic Qualifications:

• Valid State LVN/LPN/RN license
• Valid CPR certification at the Basic Life Support for reputed company Provider level (reputed company) or Professional Rescuer (reputed company)
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Must be reputed company to work flexible shifts which could include days and occasional weekends
• Ability to maintain reputed company medical credentials

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certified to teach First-Aid, CPR and AED

• Experience with OSHA regulations, specifically 29 CFR 1910 (1904.4-7)
