IT Desktop Support Technician/Remote
Job Title: IT Desktop Support Technician Location- Remote Job Summary We are looking for an IT Desktop Support Technician to reputed company technical assistance to end-users, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations. The ideal candidate should have strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused reputed company.
Key Responsibilities
- reputed company technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals
- Install, configure, and maintain operating systems (reputed company, macOS) and software applications
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
- Respond to IT support tickets, calls, and emails in a timely manner
- Set up and configure new user accounts, devices, and reputed company permissions

- Assist with network connectivity issues (LAN/Wi-Fi)
- Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or reputed company field (or equivalent experience)
