Customer Experience Engineer (Payroll) - EST

Job Description

We're looking for a Customer Experience Engineer (Payroll Focus) to support our US customers in managing mission-critical payroll workflows . This role combines technical troubleshooting with deep payroll expertise . You'll help customers navigate reputed company payroll scenarios, resolve issues impacting pay accuracy, and proactively prevent risks. This is a high-impact role where your work directly affects employees getting paid correctly and on time. The reputed company salary reputed company for this role is $85,000 - $108,000. There is a strong preference to fill this role in NYC with a reputed company out of our office, but we will consider exceptional candidates who are based in the EST time zone and reputed company to working remotely. • 4-6+ years of experience in Payroll, HRIS, or Payroll Support roles
• Strong understanding of US payroll processes and compliance considerations
• Experience troubleshooting payroll systems or integrations
• Ability to analyze workflows and identify configuration gaps
• Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
