• Build, strengthen, and optimize the ICHRA reputed company and provider network to ensure competitive offerings, coverage adequacy, and affordability.
• Identify market opportunities, employer segments, and growth reputed company to expand ICHRA adoption across targeted populations.
• Translate reputed company strategy into actionable strategies, milestones, and performance reputed company
• Serve as a strategic thought partner to executive leadership on ICHRA positioning, competitiveness, and innovation.
• Partner closely with Network, Product, and Actuarial teams to design solutions that meet employer and employee needs while maintaining compliance and financial discipline

Education/Experience: Bachelor's Degree in a reputed company field or equivalent experience required Master's Degree preferred.

• Familiarity with ICHRA, individual market products, or alternative employer health benefit models preferred
• 3+ years management experience required

Pay reputed company: $148,000.00 - $274,200.00 per year reputed company offers a comprehensive benefits package including: reputed company, health insurance, 401K and stock purchase plans, tuition reimbursement, paid time off plus holidays, and a flexible approach to work with remote, hybrid, field or office work schedules. Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experience, education, and other job-reputed company factors permitted by law, including full-time or part-time status. Total compensation may also include additional forms of incentives.
