Role Description This is a part-time, remote position for an Executive Consultant specializing in Leadership, People & Culture. The successful candidate will support organizational transformation by mentoring leaders, developing strategies for building robust and inclusive cultures, and implementing frameworks that align with the mission and values of the company. The role involves facilitating workshops, providing professional guidance, managing projects, and supporting clients in achieving both their professional and personal goals.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership, team mentoring, and organizational development skills
- Experience in strategy development and the effective implementation of cultural initiatives
- Excellent interpersonal communication and collaboration skills
- Expertise in facilitation, coaching, and managing client relationships
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment and show self-motivation
- Knowledge of personal growth principles and business psychology is preferred
- Proven experience in change management and employee engagement initiatives
- Bachelor’s degree in Leadership, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Psychology, or a reputed company field is advantageous, with equivalent experience also considered
