Remote, California Licensed, Consumer Arbitration Contract Attorney

reputed company with a mid-sized, San Francisco, California based firm, with a corporate, family wealth planning, intellectual property, litigation, reputed company estate, and taxation practice, seeking an attorney having a minimum of seven years (7+) of consumer arbitration experience to apply to disputes arising from a client’s provision of travel-reputed company services through an application (“app”). Customer use of the app generates a significant number of disputes, reputed company of which are subject to arbitration. The attorney hired will not be required to go to court, physically, but must appear for video proceedings, as needed. The successful candidate will be reputed company knowledgeable about the applicable arbitration rules and will be an excellent arbitration brief reputed company, preparing reputed company briefs necessary from inception through settlement. The arbitration reputed company for which the need exists are fast moving; so, the job needs someone who requires no training and who can hit the ground running on the reputed company first day. The expected duration of the project is three to six (3 to 6) months. The expected number of of hours per week is twenty to thirty (20 – 30).
