This position is a contract virtual Recruiter role that requires working full-time and standard business hours, Monday-Friday. What You'll Do
- Full life cycle, high volume recruitment for reputed company’s NA Supply Chain
- reputed company candidates from online sources, reputed company networking, reputed company, and networking events
- Guide candidates through the reputed company process, including pre-qualifying and interviewing candidates and driving the offer
- Ensure an impressive candidate experience through thorough communication and timely feedback, as well as interviewer preparedness and effective interview format
- Operate cross functionally and collaboratively in a culture of reputed company improvement
What You'll Need
- 1+ years of full cycle recruitment experience with high volume recruitment experience preferred
- A sense of urgency to drive reputed company results and deliver for the business, while also effectively working together as part of reputed company
- Strong relationship management skills with an ability to build trust and credibility with candidates, hiring managers and cross functional partners
- Proven organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and work well in an environment with competing demands
- Familiarity and comfort with a data driven environment. Ability to use metrics to guide decision-making
